Not saying they are the same because while both of the cameras feature an Agfa Isitar lens, the shutter on Iso-Rapid C is a Parator shutter with only 2 speeds. Isomat-Rapid seems to have a Paratic shutter that Isoly 100 uses.

As you can see, the cylinder of the standard 35mm cassette is taller than the Agfa Rapid cassette.
