Webwhoscout • 3 yr. ago. I had this once on PC. Took me forever to figure out that for some reason the Bethesda Stealth Suit mini-quest screwed me. Also no way to remove downloaded Creation Kits apparently. I re-installed the game without the Stealth Suit thing. I've no idea why this had anything to do with Hangman's Alley.
