The linkage kit delays the secondaries from opening until about 40% throttle (with the fixed linkage or you can tune with the adjustable). You guys may know how to fix this, but I didn't so, I called Holley Tech. Solution was so simple. Tech had me tape off the IAC port located on top back of throttle body.
