WebOct 14, 2016 · I finally found a program that set them in the ringtone section. They were recognized and I was able to set them for alerts and rings. WebApr 24, 2024 · Make sure Do Not Disturb is disabled. When this feature is on, you won’t receive any notifications, including incoming calls. Also, check that Do Not Disturb is not set to turn on automatically at certain times of day by going to Settings > Sounds > Do Not Disturb > Turn on automatically . Check that call forwarding isn’t on. WebJul 16, 2024 · Just unable to get them on Ring app. 1) Internal storage . 2)Ringtones 3)Ring 4) audio. Copie any or all of the ring tones. Then move them to notifications folder back from the internal storage you started from. Than check your ring app. They should appear there. If not reinstall Ring app. Good luck folks.
