My 3 year old DD goes to bed 6-6:30pm (the same time as 1 year old DS) and is usually asleep by 7:30pm at the latest although she will at least play quietly in her room. Personally I think DD needs a 7pm bedtime but by 6pm I'm frazzled and just need the kids in bed lol. 0.
