Not just guam/tarromin like the wiki says, but ranarr, lantadyme and most low level herbs. What's confusing though, is that the wiki only says they drop gaum + tarromin? WebNo good drops but if you cannon trolls on the Fremmnik Isles you can rack up a decent amount of slayer xp in a very very short task. I always go to the entrance of keldagrim (east of the relleka rockcrabs).
